When you send us a message through the contact form we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the type of project, your project location and equipment if you give them, your message, and whether you asked to join the mailing list.

When you visit the site, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, the type of device and browser, the approximate area you are in, and your IP address. This helps us see which pages are useful. It does not include anything you type into the contact form.

• To reply to your message and work with you on your project.
• To prepare quotes, invoices and other project communication, which we handle in Zoho.
• To send you our mailing list, but only if you ticked the box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

Only the owner reads contact-form messages. Your details are held in our email and in Zoho, which we use for invoicing and customer communication, and Zoho handles them on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

We share your information with a partner company only when you ask us to, and with your permission. We do not otherwise pass your details to other companies for their own use.

Google Analytics is run by Google, and Google receives the usage data described above. Reviews shown on this site come from our public Google Business Profile and show what the reviewer posted publicly.

This website is hosted by Hostinger and delivered through Cloudflare, a service that speeds up and protects websites. To do this, both handle visitors' IP addresses and technical details such as the browser and device used.

Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works without them.

At the moment we do not run advertising or use advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this page first.

This site links to other websites, including our Facebook page, the videos we post there and the sites of brands we work with. Once you leave this site, their own privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

We keep your messages and project details for as long as we need them to deal with your messages and to keep our business records.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will deal with your request within a reasonable time.

If you joined the mailing list, you can leave it at any time with the unsubscribe form on this website, the unsubscribe link in an email, or by writing to us.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it.

This site is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the page.
